Linda @ JB HiFi made changing phone plans a breeze. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking to switch to Telstra. Plus they love having dogs in the store!

This store has some great people in it usually.. But I think they were on there period today 2 separate staff members were in the most average moods so I just gave up Gave me the wrong info to.

Appalling attitude from tattooed morons who act like they are doing you a favor by serving you, a real slice of " I don't really give a sh##" service that is increasingly common in this country.. I went somewhere else, paid a bit more but was got 100% satisfaction.. Will never shop there again.

Friendly staff, up to date stock and my one stop shop for all my smart home needs. Wouldn't recommend any other local place for technology in the Prahan area (apart from maybe Officeworks on Commercial Rd).

Great staff and presentation, it's a shame the place is small. Had great advice on audio from the team and they really helped me out so would have been 5 stars with a more breathable floor plan.

I love this place. So many different technology stuff to browse through. Only downside it can be difficult to get add-ons for older devices.

Sales assistant were helpful in selecting a headphone for me. She gave right information and shared her views and experience and I found them honest. Not sure about the prices but they definitely have lot of goods to select from.

Really poor service. Had to wait for over 10 mins to be served and when the sales staff did come over, their recommendation was basically to purchase the most expensive item. Failed to understand my needs and jumped straight into solution mode. You're better off buying online. Cheaper and you can look up reviews.

Today I wondered in looking at laptops for the near future. I was asked if I needed any help, and the lovely beared-Jacob answered all my question - despite how silly they were - and really helped me narrow down my decision.
