  Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I'm an occasional shopper here and many staff remember my name which is quite surprising. Really good vibes in this store, putting good service and building the community ahead of chasing a dollar.
  Great selection of instruments, consumables like cables etc and good value / competitive pricing as well. Well worth supporting this shop, as it supports us very well.

  Five stars for Five Star Music.
  The staff there were both knowledgeable and friendly. They exchanged a mistaken purchase (my fault) immediately without quibbling. I am very happy with my purchases and the service provided.

  One of the best music shops in Melbourne.
  Expert advice by people who know, as well as great prices.
  The store has expanded and has an even bigger percussion and keyboard section.
  You must visit this place.

  These guys are the best. I have tried so many different stores in Melbourne and they are all inferior in terms of range, prices and by far when it comes to customer service.. 5 Star music will always have my loyalty!
  Highly recommend to anyone, shame so many musicians keep Allans up and running when there is a shop on the same road that actually CARES about the customers needs, instead of trying to con them into spending money on things that aren't needed just for their own commission. \m/
