Its a quiet and welcoming pub. Attend the 5 to 7pm happy hour for cheaper drinks quiet often. The meals are standard pub fare with an Irish twist. Although its only downfall is no WiFi access which wasnt a criterea years ago but is an essential part of most pubs in Ballarat.

Quiet Wednesday night a few locals at the bar who are quite chatty if you engage them. Bring your appetite with you large servings especially starters, good food good service. Drinks reasonably priced.

Had the Guenius pie Holly cow it was good. It was served as a pot pie with mash and peas on the side. The gravay and filling was insanely good. Nice Irish feel in the heart of Ballarat. Staff we exceptionally nice.

Warm and friendly service. Nice little pub. Great in winter with the fire going and with terrific music to listen to. I liked how it was in the middle of the hub. Enjoyed my pit stop with a Kilkenny

A real gem, I had no expectations going in but loved this great little pub. Chef nailed my porterhouse, as good as I've ever had, tap Guinness up to par and Melbourne Bitter on tap was the ducks nuts for me. Music after 9ish so worth a visit just for that; and great staff that took time to connect. We done guys.

Food was great, garlic bread needs to be cooked a little longer. Too soft.
