The most supportive, professional and friendly Mitsubishi dealership we have ever had dealings with. Our dealings with Mitsubishi have been over a 20year period. The staff were outstanding, Rose could not do enough to support our needs and Antonua was extremely helpful also with our enquiries. Thank you also to Rhey the Service technician and the wonderful courtesy bus driver, who put a smile on our dials. We are overwhelmed with the service that was provided to us. We were made feel extremely comfortable and my perception is they are a very happy team which portrays in my opinion to the customer. Well done Mitsubishi Cairns.

All staff I spoke to were polite and efficient. I was able to book the car in at a time that suited me and I was informed by 2 different staff members (when booking in the car and when dropping the car off) about the free courtesy bus. It was great that information about the bus was provided so readily. When dropping off the car, my details were checked and I was asked what time I would like the car ready by. The car was in fact ready before this time which was great and I was notified of this via text message. Overall I was very impressed with the service and efficiency of the whole process.

Purchased two near new cars and found the overall experience to be acceptable. Nice staff to deal with. Every effort was made to help with the transition into a vehicle with current technology. Just a bit low on trade-in valuation.
