I came across Into blinds by accident when searching for a particular company to request a quote to replace all my window furnishings and I'm so glad I did! Kim did a superb job with the consultation and her attention to detail is second-to-none. She made me feel at ease and is the ultimate professional. We had a great experience with Rob, he is kind knowledgeable and was happy to go at our pace. His experience is evident and made us feel at ease with selecting styles and products. We didn’t at all feel like we were being “sold” to and there was no attempt to hard sell us on any particular window furnishing which was refreshing. At the time Kim cane to our house to provide us with a quote we were in a state of chaos with various tradesman in the house doing assorted works. Kim took all this in her stride as she clambered over tools to get into the bathroom, which was being gutted at the time, to measure the window. Kim was friendly and extremely helpful making good suggestions about suitable window coverings and colour selection. She demonstrated extensive knowledge of the blinds and relevant fittings

Very impressed by the service we have received from Into Blinds so far! Rob visiting our home to measure up several sheer curtains and a blind. The service was excellent, I received a message to confirm our appointment and his professionalism throughout the measure and quote was impeccable. Rob spent the time to help me choose curtain textures and colours that suited our space and no question was too much to ask. I am very happy with the products and service
provided by Into Blinds. Their staff are very helpful and their installer Kirk was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He explained things thoroughly as he installed so I felt confident that the end result would be great. Kirk communicated with me as to his arrival and what was happening on each given day he visited (as I had several blinds, drapes, doors fitted) and he left the site very clean. There are many companies producing Plantation Shutters in Melbourne, so I approached four of them, but decided on Into Blinds because of their VOC- free certification. Wendy did a measure and quote and offered advice on colour selection. She was very professional to deal with. Mihir did a very thorough final measure, providing expert advice as to design and installation. He returned a second time with a company manager to discuss his proposed design for shutters on a terrace with a retractable glass roof. his indicated to me that the company and Mihir were committed to providing an excellent solution to a complex design challenge. Mihir fitted the shutters throughout our apartment with great expertise and care. I appreciate the quality of his work and his pride in it. We are very pleased with our new look apartment.

Very dodgy company!the blinds they installed for us are faulty & still has not been fixed!the fence they installed have big gaps in between &never fixed.and when you take up the problems with higher management,all they do is going around the circles and try to cover up!would never ever reconmend this dodgy company to anyone!too much headache

Had a lovely experience with Into Blinds. The quality of the blinds are lovely, I was given many choices and they were able to give me some suggestions based on the style of my home. The price was really great. My favourite coverings are the shutters and we are always receiving positive comments about the look of these. I will definitely be recommending Into to friends/family.
