Great service. My consultant Chris made certain he understood what I needed and suggested ideas to best suite those needs. He also explained everything clearly, in a way that I could easily understand.

Tim was very knowledgeable and explained what I needed very clearly. Also didn't try to sell me what was surplus to my requirements. Also made me aware of some upgrade options for the future.

Martin was a great help to us when designing our layout for tv and data access points as well as internal conduit to make the house have that luxury feel! Martin also helped us with what we can do in the future to give us ideas for when we're built! Thanks again Martin!

I am very impressed with the service that Tim has given me. Although I only dealt with him via phone and email. He was very professional, Resourceful, Responsive and very wonderful. I would highly recommend Tim.

Very helpful and don't try to sell you things you don't need. I purchased a package with my new build home. Technician that came out to run me through it was great and tested all points to ensure all working correctly after I had moved in. Good honest team. Well recommended.

Thank you to the intelligent homes team, the customer service, passion and product knowledge certainly impressed me from start to finish. Being a fellow business owner / contractor in the residential construction industry I am always on the look out for how things can be done better. Your team are a credit to you and I will certainly be passing your name on to others who need such services. Thanks again Intelligent Homes team.

Very pleased with the equipment, installation and service. They even took extra time to explain the finer operational points in a not too technical manner.

This company benefits from a lack of competition in WA. Impressive when you walk in the door, good sales pitch selling all the gadgets but woeful customer service after you have been sucked in. The technical panel was installed by dopes who couldn't work out which way a door opened and then had to be changed. Our handover was from a grumpy, unfriendly technician just going through the motions. After sales customer service helped up to a point and then we were advised to have a second telephone line installed (have you dealt with Telstra recently?) After I called out a technician, on the advice of a different employee, I was initially quoted $75 but when the appointment was booked it was actually $150 ($75 callout and $75 for 30 mins). The technician called to give me 30 minute advance notice at 11.45am and we agreed to meet at 12.15pm. He quickly sorted out the problem and I thought I had another 15mins to ask him another couple of questions only to be told my time was up as he had arrived at 12pm and the 30min time slot starts on arrival NOT at the agreed meeting time. So I was being penalised for him being early!
So Intelligent Homes, show some intelligence about your customer service. I'm forced to use you because that's what our builder dictates but your after sales service stinks.

Conduits too small for standard hdmi cables. No one mentioned this in the meeting. Their response is that you signed the contract where it stipulates the tiny 25mm conduit and that standard cabling wont fit through. Their solution, buy the cables from us that fit at $50 each. Very poor customer service and offer very little value for money if any!
