Four telephone calls, one missed appointment. All I wanted was a quote ;-) . just move on.

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience with Ideal Roofing. The work carried out was not according to the design we had discussed, resulting in only half the skylights being installed. The contract lacked detail, and when I called to confirm details I was promised everything was according to what we discussed. No sketch of the design was provided despite being told it would.

When I raised the issue, Ideal did not seem willing to re-negotiate on labour or price. Instead, they ‘double-downed’ and said they completed the work according to the contract, knowing full well the contract is not accurate to what we discussed in our meetings and phone conversations.

Take care when signing contracts with this company!

To Greg and Staff of Ideal Roofing.
Many thanks for a job well done with the safe removal of my corrugated fibrous asbestos and the installation of my new roof. All work and cleaning up was carried out in a courteous and professional manner in just under two days. Margaret loves her new roof.

I spoke to a Simone earlier and even though Ideal Roofing were unable to assist me, she was able to provide me with details for a company that could help. I admire her professionalism and assistance. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
