Excellent service. Office kept us informed of all necessary details. Telephone contact was superb. Really good customer skills. The two removalists were punctual, very thorough and safety aware for the whole area including neighbours. Efficient and tidied up after completing the job. Cost was very competitive. We would strongly recommend this company.

1st choice, only choice - whole team is a pleasure to deal with, estimating, admin and onsite removal. You're kept informed and timing estimates are accurate.

We had asbestos removed from two bathrooms and a laundry.

Thanks for a job well done.

Impeccable service from start to finish! Pat was quick to come back with a quote. Susan was prompt and affable in our communication. And on the day of removal, Ari and Leandro were punctual, professional and meticulous. The site was left extremely clean! Kudos to the team! I highly recommend 1st Choice Asbestos Removal!

I engage with this company at first they told me a price of $550 on the morning that he showed up he ended up charging me double that Not only did that happen I found out that Pat from first choice also I did not do a WorkCover approval notice also upon finishing the job I had left him cash he refused to give me an invoice in the end as I said I'm going to report you because you left asbestos pieces inside my kids bedroom all over the carpet I have never seen such unprofessionalism in 35 years He is very rude and aggressive

1st Choice Asbestos Removal under the direction of Pat Gibson is quite the best trade experience I have ever encountered. They are punctual, considerate, careful and efficient. Asbestos frightens me, but their determination to do the job to the best of their ability, and their knowledge of the subject reassured me. The house was old, the job a big one, but they did not give up, and gave it all their time and more. A well deserved 5 stars.
