Don’t be fooled by the fancy website. This company is unprofessional and disorganised. I used them
In 2015 for a new roof installation. I subsequently discovered that flashings (an integral part of any roofing job )had not been installed
despite appearing and quoted for on the job checksheet. The manager Andy
Coyle apologised blaming a previous ops manager for the “oversight”. I duly paid
The bill(over $5000) vowing never to use this inefficient company again. They issued a 7 year warranty valid until Aug 2022. In the recent heavy rains my tenants complained of water infiltration. I ctc d Combined Roofing who claimed I had never paid the bill ( despite providing them with a bank statement) and they had “written off”. The payment. They were not prepared to inspect the roof despite the warranty . In the meantime my roofer plumber dealt with the emergency as I had a duty of care to my tenants.Now 3 weeks after the rains Combined Roofing emailed me to say the bill had in facto been paid and they wud inspect the roof. I told them it was too late as it had been dealt with
And I wud fwd them my roofer plumbers bill / report to which they replied ‘ we don’t pay 3rd party”
invoices. I haven’t heard anything from this dodgy company since - just a warning DONT USE COMBINED ROOFINGresponse / report this review -

I approached this company as at the time they had a 5 star google review but it seems other customer are not happy with their services either, after being visited by one of their staff members to quote for some flashings to cover my roof edge i was quickly disregarded as 'The Job wasn't substantial' enough for them to take on which is understandable i was quoted a through the roof price (excuse the pun) on the spot. when asked for direction for a company that would take on the work, 'the bald guy' (Didnt have chance to exchange names) told me it wasnt his problem and didnt have time to help me out and said id wasted his time. as it stands i still have a roof leak. and i wouldnt advise using these services unless 1. you want to be ripped off 2. you dont mind being spoken to in a rude manner.
