  Took 5 weeks to deliver, could not contact anyone. Got a reply email after the package was delivered to inform me that it has been delivered.

  Useless company. Lost TWO separate parcels within 2 weeks. First one "disappeared" and took 3 weeks to arrive after tracking said "will be delivered within 24hours".
  2nd parcel got delivered to a location 2 hours from the delivery address. No response from customer support. Useless and will never use again.

  Horrible website. Ask you to fill in an enquiry form - but it does not even submit. No proper tracking updates and no human to talk to. Its a joke!

  Useless company DON'T USE THEM, CAN'T EVEN ANSWER THERE PHONE LET ALONE STILL NO DELIVERY AFTER BEING TOLD EXPECTED DELIVERT 26TH MARCH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  This company gave out my phone number and I received numerous marketing and text messages when somebody (a Gordon Deakin) incorrectly entered my number on a survey. My phone number is on the do not call register so this was illegal and it would have been simple for them to check it first, very unprofessional. They did not answer their contact number on the internet but I found a number that does work if you need to complain to them directly. It is 02 8262 8071. Feel free to call them repeatedly.
