We have gutter guard installed by Leafman 7 years ago. We have a pine tree that drops pine needles year round which still fall through the mesh and collect in the gutter despite the gutter guard. Because of this every couple of years we pay Leafman to come and clean the gutter so the warranty is not void from using other tradesman's service.
For this round, I first contacted Leafman in December 2020 and was told to call back in late January as most of the workers were away till then. I managed to get in touch with Ashley in February and organised someone to come out in mid-March. Due to prolonged periods of rain in March, the scheduled date was cancelled by a text the day before. Since then I've been calling Leafman every 2-3 weeks. The girls always take my number, apologise and promise to escalate but nothing ever happened!
I'm not even asking for a free service. Imaging if this was a warranty job!
I don't normally write reviews online but am compelled to do so to warn other contemplating using Leafman's service.

I have been installing alternative Leafguard systems for over 30 years , today I completed a 30 metre installation, after contacting them for some tech advice and support about correct installation received no promised call back. There was no installation guide or any info with the packaged product 👎 just another company flogging a product with no support beyond point of sale .

The Leaf Man's installation team of three arrived at my home after travelling for four hours. They quickly set out to remove the old gutter guards and install the company's gutter guards around the house. What I witnessed is a quick and thorough installation that was finished with me being given a guided tour so that I can survey the work. Congratulations to The Leaf Man for the excellent product, crew and installation. I would urge the homeowners who want never to have to worry or be concerned about their gutters to try out The Leaf Man gutter guards.

The Leaf Man's gutter guards works wonders. It has a very clean look and does not mess up the roof quality. After I made an order, the installation process was quite easy and the installers were really nice to me. In addition, the installation was carried out fairly soon after I made the purchase. The people who installed the gutter guards may have been a little late getting started. However, they compensated working hard and finishing the job quickly. The roof was left in a good shape, with the system appearing to work exactly as advertised by the Leaf Man. Even during very heavy downpours, I am yet to see any spill over.
