Check the prices next time you go there as I’ve bought three products on sale for a total of $7.20 and was charged $16.95!? Not sure where that came from, and noticed that when I had left the shop and checked my bank account. Definitely not going back.

I’ve just been sold expired products by this company and I was serviced by the rudest staff I’ve ever met and he’s named was Ken! He said he will look into the matter instead he hung up on me and stopped returning my calls!

I ordered my GreenLife grill on March 16, 2021 and received it in Canada on April 1, 2021. I want to mention that apart from the thoughtful "Hello from Sydney" note, all the peanuts and bubble wrap worked to protect the box of the grill, hence my product was in good condition. My partner and I have already used this and it is great! The innovative design makes it easy to clean. The air vents promote air flow for quick starting of charcoal fire. We love it and we appreciate Red Spoon Company as well for facilitating our international order!
