A very good food experience. I will definitely be going back . Each dish beautifully presented and a taste sensation..
Food and service was impeccable, cannot go through town without a meal here
The standard of food was very poor. I would not call under cooked fish and a plate of soggy, cold french fries with mayo, as part of a 9 course degustation menu, a culinary event. We had a far superior dining experience at the pub at lunch for an 1/8 of the price.
OMG So good thanks for the best dinner ever guys. Everyone has to try the duck curry. Good price $$ to.
Waiting way too long for tiny meal courses. The 5 course menu was a joke.
Terrible. The sashimi was not fresh and still had bones in it; I almost choked. All the dishes were very sweet or very salty. The crispy duck in the 'Duck 3 ways" was burnt to a crisp and very dry. Absolutely no balance of flavours in the dishes
The service was extremely slow and it took waving our arms constantly like we were doing the mexican wave to attract any attention from the wait staff.
Avoid if you want a good night out.
Sat outside with the mosquitoes and the food wasn't that great. Some dishes were really good but most of them were pretty average.
Had dinner there tonight (10/02/17) the service was fantastic and the venue was nicely cooled. The food was excellent and have no issues highly recommend this restaurant. Will definitely go back, when next it town.
My husband and I had dinner here for our one year anniversary. We ate the plantains and quail eggs for starters, followed by saltbush lamb and a beautiful crab ravioli. The stand out for us was the roast duck, richly flavoured with crispy skin, orange and cinnamon. We ate everything on the plate except the cinnamon stick and star anise, it was amazing! Service was wonderful and I highly recommend Hungry Duck!
