  A fabulous local business that serves up your classics but some unique numbers as well. Lamb & onion dumplings? Egg & chive? Never would go for them normally but I'm glad I felt a little adventurous. Owners are lovely too which always helps

  My goodness what a magnificent meal was had at Houhai Dumpling House today. The serves are generous and utterly delicious and the host was exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys excellent food in unpretentious simple surrounds.

  Dumplings might be nice but I just spent $20 on 8 whole steamed chicken wings coated in soy sause never going back I can buy a bottle of soy and 4kg of wings for that a woolies sly mofo's.

  A great place. Good quick service, friendly staff. Food is delicious, tasty and cooked fresh. I definitely would recommend.

  Food was good. Good northern Chinese flavours. Dumplings some of the best I've tasted in Melbourne.
  However, Service patchy. Hence one less star.
  Perfect for a quick in and out meal.
