Right by the beach and has a great atmosphere. Great for families as well as others. Food is a bit on the expensive side, but that's the case everywhere on the island as expected. Food quality is decent pub style affair. Service and delivery of food was quick, staff were very helpful.

This is a 2 star hotel (at best) situated on a 5 star island. Rooms are similar in prestige, size and comfirt to a highway motel.. windows are dirty, bathrooms dirty. No phone in room, no amenities at all.. food is average, bar is average at best.. literally the only thing this hotel has going for it is a good view, but all the hotels on Rottnest have that aspect. Two stars is generous. I'm sure there is many more economical accommodation options on Rottnest that are just as convenient.

Stayed here for a night in September 2017. Steep price for a standard room, although its location is strategic. We were given a smaller room despite the same price paid. The floor in the room needs some sweeping, basic facilities. While the hotel staff can help arrange for luggage pick up for next day's ferry schedule with Rottnest Express, she requested us to ready our bags by 7am for 845am departure, that's just way too early. The reception is only open from 8am to 4pm.

Yummy and tasty food, with quite a few options available to satisfy most tastes and doesnt leave you confused as to what to eat. Peter the peacock adds some flair and entertainment for the guests😊. Gorgeous for after a morning of hard cycling aroumd the island!

A great hotel with lovely staff. They were accommodating to the fact that my ferry was cancelled on the first night and they refunded that night straight away. I went the next night and was greeted by a lovely lady in reception who remembered me from our emails. The room was wonderfully quaint and had all the basics.
I did miss having a few items in the minibar but nothing that bothered me too much as there was a convenience store on the island. It's very well located and close to everything!
One downside was that the linen were dirty and stained black in spots. I know it wasn't anything bacterial but a permanent sheet stain so I did not mention it nor did it need to be fixed.
All in all a wonderful place that I would recommend to everyone :)

The kitchen and dining facilities are great with a fantastic view. The room itself is reasonably well stocked, great tea and coffee available however there were no plates and minimal cutlery. Staff were fantastic and there are also facilities to pick up your bike. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location, staff great, but severely over priced for the standard of accommodation.
Would of been happy to pay around the $120 mark, but at $250 per night it was a little steep.
Good food and drink and the guitar duo on the Sat night were worth hanging around for.
Again the staff were the best we have seen in a long time. Fantastic job!!

Great chips! Pizza was good too. Would have appreciated a vegan option apart from the salads though!

Attended the John Farnham concert. Security let in prohibited items such as umbrellas & chairs. I've seen better behaved people at metal concerts.

Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and helpful staff. The restaurant serves good food with a menu similar to most restaurants on the island.

Day trip to Rottnest Island included lunch on the forecourt of the Rottnest Hotel. Food was good and the service was great for such a busy day. Our table under an umbrella overlooked the beach on a beautiful day and it was hard to imagine a better place to be!

Great place to sit and have lunch or a cocktail by the water. We were impressed by the quality of the food.my husband had the burger and I had the prawns. Our son had the kids fish and chips. Everything was delicious. Staff were helpful and polite.
