Delicious food and great service! We have been to a few Hogs Breath’s and this one is our new fave! The steak was perfect and fell apart, yum! The mash was great too. Will def come back.

I am really sorry guys, i have been a frequent diner at the Rockingham restaurant but my last couple of dining experiences have been less than satisfactory. Today i went with family members to celebrate a couple of birthdays. I ordered the Feta orange and pear salad with grilled chicken. When my salad arrived it was missing the feta and the grilled chicken was a single piece of very thin and rubbery chicken seemingly thrown on top. It was not even sliced. It took several attempts to ask for assistance and when someone finally came over they did not seem to understand why i was upset that feta was missing from my feta salad. My salad was taken back to the kitchen and was returned with some feta sprinkled on top and my thin chicken strip sliced. I was informed that they no longer cut the chicken.. seriously ? It looked like Road kill. I was also informed that they had given me some more chicken. Now this chicken was not a paper thin specimen but actually resembled something you would want to eat.
Lunch finished were were asked if we would like desert. Some of the group had decided on desert but it took 30 mins before we received it! The restaurant was not busy at all. So i do not know why there was such a delay.
I have found over the last couple of months the service and facilities have deteriorated which is such a shame.

My meal was crispy fish and very curly chips.
The best parts of my meal were, the fish because it was so hot, and the free ice-cream because you could choose one of three different flavoured sauces.
I would change my meal by adding a little bit of salad and put in more fish.
The service was quick but the waitress was a bit impatient.

The service was great. We ordered everything as we were on our lunch break food arrived within minutes of us sitting at our table. Jake was fantastic very friendly and his customer service was fantastic

I remember the very first Hogs experience was 10 years ago, they are still having the great service and culture, always serve all dishes at once for every table, introduced name and check if everything is ok. My family enjoyed it, thank you guys!

Excellent food and fast service.
We originally went to outback jacks and waited over 20 minutes and still hadn't been offered drinks or to order.
We got our meals at Hogs Breath within half an hour!

Don't get me wrong the fries and salad are always amazing. But the last 3 times I have gone I have had to send my steak back because I get it well done when asked for medium rare. Each time when I get it back it has come back rare (not what I asked but luckily I don't mind a rare steak) but if you are supposed to have the best steak I expect it to come the way I ask for it the first time

After waiting to 20 minutes to place our order we still had not been acknowledged by a waiter or waitress whilst I appreciate it was a busy night, the lack of table service was atrocious. We proceeded to Outback Jacks and within 5 minutes, without a booking, in peak time, we have placed our orders.

Man the best steakhouse but the last few times the steak has been dry and the Mrs salad was/looked fairly old. They're dropping the ball a bit let's hope that when we go tonight that they have improved.

Had 6 people in our group for last nights visit to Hogs, Barramundi lacked taste, steak (paper thin steak) sandwich was 99% salad and most of us left the chips. Our waiter was excellent (extra star) and friendly though food service from kitchen was average.

Live this place. My favourite Hog's Breath. Great atmosphere, typically quick service and usually the steaks are cooked to perfection. Nothing beats a hickory smoked prime rib for dinner! Oh and free ice cream for the kids yay.

Even 1 star is too good for this place. Waited a whole hour for food to be served. Arrived, seated and orders taken at 7.45 pm ate at 8.45pm. Now 9.20pm and we still never got our drinks that we ordered. When asked where they were (our drinks), the absolutely clueless waitress constantly made excuses. 1.) order dockets weren't ready 2.) They are still being made. 3.) I'll go and get them, never actually came back and the 4th time I asked they were about to take my order again like I didn't actually order them over an hour ago already. At the end of the ordeal and being real agitated the acting manager gave an apology and offered free drinks. Still wasn't good enough. Instead of sending a bunch of staff members out all at one time to sing happy birthday to one person (which happened 4 times during our visit) focus more on getting your act together. Never returning to Dog's Breath Cafe.
