The range of Mens Wear is amazing and the service from the HB Team is always first class. Can not speak more highly of the overall in store and on line experience.

I think I dealt with the same Salesman as Alex. I was 6 foot into the store before I was grabbed by the salesman. I was after a particular coat and was taken to a totally different coat, which was three times the cost of the one I was after. Just needed some time to breathe. I know retail is tough, but give customers a chance to breathe

Excellent service from Justin that saw us buy two Barbour jackets.
Typical Henry Bucks high quality of store layout and products and an excellent range, despite global supply chain issues.
Justin knew the products, held out jackets while we went shopping and the whole experience was great.

Just had the worst sales experience at HB Collins St. Wanted to purchase a coat and was constantly asked by tall blonde male if we wanted anything else. Told sales man that we just wanted a coat and he continued to ask if we wanted anything else. Asked him his opinion about which colour he thought looked best and he gave us some long winded story of how he found a pair of jeans he liked and purchased 7 pairs, so we should buy both colours of the coat. Told him he had already tried to upsell us and his reply was he was just doing his job. We went over to the counter to purchase the coat and again he asked if anything else caught our eye. We walked out and he lost the sale. Moral of this story - your job as a sales assistant it to ensure a pleasant purchasing experience. Not to hassle your customer. We won’t be back!

I purchased a gorgeous laptop bag that I absolutely loved. About 6 weeks later, the shoulder strap ripped out of the bag on one side and part ripped on the other.
I only had my laptop plus charger, iPad and a notebook in the bag so it wasn’t overloaded and I can only assume it was faulty stitching in this case. Since having no shoulder strap and carrying it by the handles, one side of the handles has now also started to rip, and if this fully rips it is basically unusable.

You can see from the photos attached that it is still in great condition as I only use it maybe once or twice a month when I’m travelling for work, so it's not from overuse either.

I contacted both the store where I purchased it (Collins St) and your main website to request a replacement for the faulty product, and never even got a message back.

Waste of $275 as now I have to buy a new one that actually works.
