Happy outgoing, bubbly staff. Costume styles slightly outdated and not all sizes available.

Great friendly service - not pushy and very helpful. The shop might smell a little musty upon entering, however all the costumes are washed after wear and they steam/iron them before you hire.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Huge range of items and costume both to buy and rent. Great wall of pictures of people in costume for inspiration. Stairs entrance so not too pram or wheelchair friendly. Have a basket of toys inside to keep kids amused while trying on costumes.

Very cool shop. Heaps of rental costumes and also lots to buy. We purchased our costumes so we could use them again. Face paint and fake blood accessories.

Sensible prices, good quality costumes with very helpful staff who understand both the dress up lovers and the rest of us who are dragged along begrudgingly. Makes the torture much more bearable when you have painlessly been provided with a winning costume! Customer service, family style wins every time

Great Service!! So many costumes and so easily accessible. Been to other costume shops and you just cannot find anything. Everything was easy to find and I was so happy with my costume! Highly Recommend!!!
