This business is a disgrace! I came here with my partner to choose a wig, and we experienced the worst customer service of our lives. The owner, Shelly, is rude and confrontational. Needless to say, we didn't buy a wig, as we would never want to give this place our money. We should have read the reviews first.

They sell items that are not in stock then don’t refund the money back!
I asked for a refund but the told me it will take 10 business days while they didn’t even provide the refund issued

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for a refund and they said it would take 10 days and they could not provide me with any form of refund reference. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. It’s hard enough to even have to buy a wig in the first place but to be sworn at on the phone and treated with such disrespect is beyond appalling. To tell a customer “Life happens and you should roll with the punches” is pathetic!

BUYERS & CLIENTS BEWARE. Got my feedback removed from Ebay because I told the truth about them putting wrong address on my item. Contacted eBay about this matter telling them the truth of what they told them. They lie all the time. Said they sent a replacement, that was a lie, said delivery was mine and Australia Posts fault because we redirected the package from the WRONG address that doesn't even exist in Australia they put on the label, that was a lie, they accepted full liability but lied to eBay and got my feedback removed. This is a company that thrive on lies and deception to take your hard earned monies, not only here, but ALL other platforms they get their greedy little hands on. This company even change their name to fool people. Don't waste your time or money on this dodgy business.
