Great pub with areas available for group functions. Some street parking usually available but limited to 2hrs.

An interesting pub set over three floors. Good food at reasonable prices. Views of the bridge and harbour.

Old time pub with a small but great balcony overlooking the Harbour Bridge - cold beer and OK food - a pleasant afternoon hangout.

One of favourite hotels in the Rocks. Great vibe, good food, and friendly staff. Also kid friendly. :)

This local institution is almost as old as the rocks with a picturesque view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. A must-do for visitors choosing the wonder filled Hickson Street stroll. Supa-Friendly staff and hearty Aussie meals make you feel right at home. And if you venture to the top-floor you will be literally high-as-a-kite. ;-)

Waited in a line for 30 mins for food. As i was i was 1 from the front a second queue formed on the side of us and those guys were getting served first so complained to the bartender.

The result the guys that pushed in free drinks and i got to eat my food then got removed the venue. The bouncers could only offer a complaint from upstairs as the reason.

The moral of the story. Don't complain about service at the harbour view if you want to remain in the venue.

Unfortunately the Harbour View is no longer what it once was, don't get me wrong it's still a nice place in a great location, however with Miller's Point community being displaced it's lost atmosphere, same can be said for most establishments in the area. The ground floor bar sits virtually empty now, despite the efforts of live musicians that once would have attracted passersby when the doors were kept wide open, now closed now doubt due to noise complaints of the new residents. The upstairs bars are still lively, no doubt in part due to the view and smoking areas.

I came here for a camera launch at the Bridge Room and enjoyed my time there. Although it was a small space for the event, the ambiance was great and the service and staff members were very friendly. Finger foods were good.

Perfect venue for my son’s 21st. The location is great and very easy to access. The Manager was so obliging and helpful right from my first inquiry. The staff on the night could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The barman was just the nicest young man and so supportive of a very nervous mother. Food was great and plentiful and the cost could not have been more reasonable. There is absolutely nothing I could fault and I would recommend it to anyone and not hesitate to have my next function here as well.

perched on a high point right beneath the harbour bridge, there's water view on the terrace. Menu here has no hipster options and represents good value; drinks are pretty standard and yes you do get the loud drunken sports crowd during the finals. You also get waved at like a zoo animal from the bridge climbers. But you can overlook them all, because it's a casual, relaxed local spot in a historic setting, and the original timber interior makes you feel like you're at home in a Welsh bay house in the 1930's. definitely worth stopping by if it's on your way, Good place for lunch and a quick rest before you continue on your wandering journey around the rocks :)
