An amazing experience in a beautiful restaurant. I even got to meet their amazing celebrity chef Luke Mangan. Awesome staff, service, food and wine list. I'm blessed to have shared the experience with a great bunch of people.

Nice food and good service. Our main waiter Winnie did not really know the menu or what was included in the full buffet breakfast however overall it was a good experience. Coffee was barista made and good selection was pretty good. There was no cured fish of any sort which was a bit disappointing seeing as though they advertise this on their website.

Nice food and great service. You can't fault anything they are doing here. They offer a halal menu and make modifications to suit dietary requirements. The waiters are very professional and friendly. The food tastes good.

Great Food and customer service. Just one of the waiter was bit impatient when asking the drink other other staffs are nice.
Entree: we ordered the gnocchi and the scallops. There were delicious. The riverina steak - the steak was cook perfectly and the meat was tender. Dessert: we ordered chocolate pondant. it was amazing, not too sweet too.
overall we had great experience.

Very nice breakfast buffet at the Glass Brasserie located inside the Hilton Sydney. Line to enter appears long but it moves very quickly so no issues with waiting. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, they checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Plenty of options for different types of dietary needs including vegetarians and vegans.
