I been in my house for a little over a year. I had issues with my bank, but Hamlan helped me get it fixed. I had an issue with the sales rep from Hamlan. But the management team we’re onto the issue and had it resolved fast. My house is beautiful I have not had a single issue with it.
If I even built again I would build through Hamlan. Big thanks to the management team and the builders for my castle.response / report this review -

We would like to thank the entire Hamlan Homes team for a seamless design and building experience. We have been blown away with the professionalism, speed and quality across the entire business. In particular a special thanks to Jessica & Courtney who managed our design and floor plan, our colour assistant Emily, Elaine in accounts and Richard Martin who must be one of the best site supervisors in Australia. Richard has amazing attention to detail and no query or question was too big or small. We extremely excited to move into our new Hamlan Home! Matt & Laura, Torquay

I highly recommend Hamlan Homes. Throughout the entire process of the build, all my queries were welcomed and answered. The house is great and I am very happy with all aspects such as the plan, colours, materials and advice given for choice of fittings.
