Lovely views and a good if not extensive menue. We met a friend for lunch and were slightly delayed, the staff were very patient and it was no problem even with two small kids. Can recommend.

I was shocked to see the seafood platter when it came out. For $58 we got a plate and certainly not a platter which consisted of 4 prawns, 4 oysters and 3 muscles and some bits and bobs like aioli.

Come on guys the location is wonderful but surely you know you are ripping people off with the platter!!!

    Will not be recommending.

I hope next time I decide to head down there the platter has significantly improved in quantity for what you are charging.

I will be calling management to see if this review has been taken on board.

The location is stunning, but the service is rotten. I'm a local and have been a few times, always spoken to rudely by staff who flick their wrists and point in a general direction for us to seat ourselves. Once after sitting ourselves down as directed, we ordered and then were told we had to move as we hadn't ordered enough to warrant a table with a view. I'd love to be able to come here, but I can't bring myself to pay for such bad servicejust pack a picnic and sit on the wharf! The only good experience I had was in the middle of winter on a quiet Friday night when we had drinks, first time we weren't made to feel like a burden.

One of the best spots I've ever worked from, staff were so friendly and the food was great quality for the price paid. Definitely coming back!

We stopped in for coffee and hot chocolate whilst riding our bikes. We are locals and it is always a good spot to stop for coffee or drinks. The view is amazing.

I have enjoyed dining and just calling in for a coffee regularly at this beautifully situated cafe & restaurant. Food is good. Coffee differs depending on barrista but usually good. Ideal venue for a wedding with stunning views all around, or any other function for that matter! Great location for tourists also!
    Love it!
Keep on doing what you do so well!

Pricy but the food is good and the view is great beach attire is acceptable (within reason, no budgie smugglers or mankinis) and you can stroll along the beach after your meal

Love this place for drinks and food after work on the outside deck especially on a warm summer's evening. Also great for dinner with a special someone and what an awesome location. Plenty of choice on the menus for food and beverages. Highly recommend!

Superb setting, excellent view, pity I'd gone for the food. The tomato tart was a circle of puff pastry dotted with a few cherry tomatoes. Bitter and tasteless. The micro herb salad was an inedible sprinkle of little round leaves. I could have made this for $1.50 but I wouldn't bother. The seafood looked great but if you don't eat seafood, don't go.

Change of owners and a massive difference in quality. The food, service, menu and location now make this a must visit whenever I'm in the area. Really glad to see the place buzzing with happy staff and satisfied customers.

We had a dinner with a large group and everyone loved it. My fillet steak was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing.

Highly recommended, I usually don't post many reviews, but considering all the negative feedback on previous owners I thought the new owners who are really giving it everything deserve better!
