All was fine and good until food arrived. One would expect to see some cheese on a cheese burger. Waiting staff can speak a little slower and more audible.

Always friendly staff at both the counter and serving; they always check how we like our meal too. The food is super yummy. So, we do love going here, and they sell some of the best chips (with sweet-chili sauce) north of the river. That being said, our only complaints would be to do with the prices going up over the years, and that once we needed to ask for a burger pattie to be cooked a little better. Nice decor and space - and Gelare is right next door to follow up with dessert!

As far as Grill'd stores go, not the best. The burgers are tasty as always, but it's usually quite crowded and doesn't quite meet the atmosphere of some of the others such as Subiaco, but this is all partly due to location on Beaufort St

The burgers here are always good. Quality ingredients are used and the staff are very well trained. Alway repeat your order, are confident in what they are doing. I especially love the sweet potato chips with sweet chili mayo.
