These guys were great. 💯
I had limited time and a car to be removed on a Friday arvo. They came to pick up the car within the hr of my phonecall, loaded the car, pd me the agreed amount and deal was done. From the phone call to the pick up driver, they were very professional. I had no problems at all. They are friendly guys. The tow truck driver was very nice. He offered advice for a future car. Which I appreciated.
Definitely recommend these guys. Very easy and professional to deal with. They will try to accommodate your need.

I called the All Car Removal to remove my unwanted car, they did it in the same day, and very friendly, its highly recommended.
Fast as V8 , just need to call them they organise our car to pick up within 1 hr from roco. love the service especially shirpzzyyyy.
Couldn't be happier picked the car up in two days. And the best price around. Amazing customer service. Kept in the loop throughout the entire process via the manager
Just had an engine conversion done in my Hilux on 25/10/2016. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The engine conversion was excellent workmanship and cheap for $1000! I couldn't be any happier with my most recent experience. Highly recommended to everyone.
Very bad went in on Thursday and put a $50 deposit on a part and was told it would be ready for pickup that arvo. Arrived the following Monday to pick it up and they still hadn't even bothered to get it out even though they took my deposit. After waiting 45 mins on the Monday for them to take it out the clown that works their told me he can't get the part out as he needs the key for the car to get it as it was attached to the lock barrel..so the part I was getting and was on the left hand passenger side of the car where there is no key hole or lock barrel attached.you might be able to get away with telling that crap to some customers but not ones that have already pulled the part out that they are trying to replace you fools. Anyway after all that I asked for my $50 deposit back and the clown said ow did you even leave a deposit.
Lack of knowledge
Lack of proper buisness practice ie record deposits and listen to customers
Gives bullshit answers when getting the part was to hard.
A place I won't be returning to.
Asked ACW replace the motor in our Mazda camper with a used and apparently OK motor. Although it cost less than half that of a full recon motor, it has been a salutary experience that has persuaded me never to trust a company without getting confirming advice from others.
1. The new motor blows smoke (badly, illegally) at startup
2. The company took my specially purchased 1 year old high-amp alternator (obviously shiny) and replaced it with an old, low-amp unit (dirty and obviously very old). When I discovered a week later what they had done, the series of excuses and delays was unbelievable. They repeatedly arranged for me to come in to have my alternator fitted, only each time after making a special early trip before work, the alternator was "in the boss's boot". So, it was recognised as something special by the boss.so why was it not left on my car???
3. After about the fourth visit, a replacement alternator was fitted and I drove off, but the car stopped running halfway to my workplace. Opened the motor cover and the mechanic had left the low tension coil leads resting on the exhaust manifold, melting them and shorting the coil supply. I rang them, fuming. Was advised to bring it back in, but by this time all trust in them had evaporated. I fixed it myself and arrived at work with black hands.
4. When fixing the melted leads I also noticed they had fitted a high-amp alternator, but an old one. No sign of my shiny new alternator. So the boss got to keep his prize.
This is a truncated story - there was more, but these are the main points. The inconvenience this company caused me would have more than justified acquiring a fully recon motor from a reliable company. I have never returned and never got my alternator back. I just don't trust that any reasonable outcome will result.
We put up with the blue smoke for 9 months but because we don't trust the motor, the vehicle is going in to have a fully recon motor fitted in two weeks time. At a RACWA approved repairer this time (of course).
I regard my $1500-odd spend at ACW as a life lesson that I will try never to repeat again.
