Great place. Definitely go here for great beer and great food for a pub. Try and go for one of the special meal nights. Beer garden is amazing and staff are lovely.

Best pub in Melbourne. Great for beer lovers, amazing tap list. Great for sports fans, they buy all the important events. Epic beer garden, nowhere better on a sunny day. Staff are friendly and food is always tasty and well priced. Dog friendly as well, which is great. Perfect pub 👌🏼

My favourite local pub. Unpretentious and cosy. A great place to meet up with friends, have a quiet beer. They have heaps of good beers on tap and decent food. They also have a great beer garden out back which is the perfect way to spend a summer's evening. They have somehow found the perfect balance whereby people wanting to watch sport on a large screen ( in the beer garden) can coexist with families, and other people just catching up with friends for a quiet drink. It all just send to work. All in all its just a great pub with checking out.

OK pub in Carlton
Went for a drink with colleague after work.
Bar is a bit dark and gloomy with the ubiquitous sports-tuned flatscreen TV on the wall competing with you for conversation.
Staff were pretty busy so was a bit slow service but friendly and efficient once you got their attention.
They do serve hot snacks which is a nice change from having to eat potato chips with a drink :)
Pretty kid and family friendly the kind of place you'd go for a Parma and a beer but not the sort of place if you want to impress your companion

Aaahh I miss this place. Great service, great vibe, amazing beer selection and really nice food. Outdoor makeover is a bit too Better Homes & Gardens, but otherwise an ace pub.
