  I waited 25 minutes for a toasted chicken and cheese sandwich and did not receive so much as a "sorry for the wait" when it was finally handed over to me rather messily in a brown paper bag.
  
  Update: I left a review on their Facebook page and rather than offering an explanation or apology for their poor customer service, they questioned the legitimacy of my claims. I was willing to give them a second chance, but now
  
  I will not eat there again.
