Dear Mr Kelly
I am writing this letter to commend the excellent service and dedicated professionalism of your senior property manager, David Ryan.
David has represented a property that I placed in your company’s care for some years, and I have been very impressed by the quality of his service, from his attention to detail and friendly, courteous support, to his always-timely response to my queries, and trustworthy engagement in fixing problem that arise.
Throughout the period of time that my property has been managed by your agency, he has expedited the resolution of a number of issues, and advanced my confidence in your organisation.
During the recent upheaval associated with COVID-19, he has been an invaluable bridge between myself and the tenants of my property in rental adjustment negotiations, and his assistance with preparing my application to the Victorian Government for land tax relief greatly simplified the process and was warmly appreciated.
He is a credit to your company.

Gorman Kelly leased on 1st floor to F45 intensive gym above 2 restaurants at Koornang Road, Carnegie.
Destroyed the restaurant business due to the noise.
Deny damage done.
Engaged Acoustic engineer for week testing and found noise heard from shop below was 83 db(A) which is over 33 db over then AS 2107 acceptable internal noise for restaurant.response / report this review -

Very professional Real estate agency. Ann Magee is such a great building manager, very responsive, easy to communicate, willing to help. She is definitely the best Real estate manager I have ever met. Tenants in our whole building cheered up for her return. Compared with our previous agency, Ann Magee is way better. Five star for sure!

We've had a great experience with Mario & the team at Gorman Kelly. From initial meetings through to leasing the premises from them they've been supportive, helpful and very involved, as well as open and considerate our desire to create a great place to work within. GormanKelly have been our Property Managers for the last seven years. As a tenant in an office block, I have found them very good to work with. Mario Dabo is the Associate Director and my contact with the company. He is easy to contact and always responds within hours to any requests and needs. I have found him to be straightforward, trustworthy, approachable and open to negotiation. He makes by job as Manager easier.
