Got some new tyres from them because they were close by and had the best reviews. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. My tyres came sooner than I thought and were installed quickly. Nice to find people so passionate about their products. I will be back next time.

Goodyear North Parramatta has exceptional customer service. Rory and Amanda are unmatched and unrivalled.

Our short stay was efficient, cheap and an overall enjoyable experience.

Reminded me of the famous Red Bull F1 Pit Crew.

I and my husband have been to this business many times. My husband mainly comes for tyres while I entrust my car to them ( tyres, regular servicing).
I must say that this business, the owners and staffs alike are so friendly, helpful and attentive. They give the best customer service I've seen so far. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to car, always giving us options to choose (that suite us) and never push for more expensive items. They always inform me of my car's condition, what they have done, what is coming next so I can prepare the fund for it. I am glad I found this business and will stay with them as long as possible.

I'd like to thank the staff there.
I've been there twice so far and will be going again for sure.
The staff very friendly and professional.
Today I hit the gutter and was a bit worried about the safety of driving my car, I took it there and explained the situation. They immediately checked my car and went through my concerns and checked it all. They assured me that it's cosmetic and safe to drive, but the best part They did this without charging me any money although I offered and was ready to pay for their time and expertise.
They made my day for sure.

I went in to have my tyres fitted and was recommended by the team that they were not the ideal size for my car - this was my mistake yet they still enquired before doing the work and didn't charge me as such. The honesty and professionalism I experienced was refreshing and I couldn't recommend Goodyear Parra any more - I will certainly be back!
