Currently having a pool fitted south side yatala
We are having the worst experience. Now 8 weeks and still not completed the contractor Adrian very arrogant will not call you or communicate at all no work schedule. Just show up when they want to.
Terrible service left pool pump Unfinished not fitted. Still haven’t silicones the coping tile. Left with with dangerous sharpe edges left at each side of pool pump
Damaged our property when craning pool over house and hit the fences. Did t want to repair them. drinking on site while operating machinery.

We recently finished having a pool installed by Leisure Pools Yatala. Whilst we are happy with the results so far, the process wasn't the greatest. The lads who undertook the install were great they answered all of our questions and where happy to interact with us during the build. The problem is with communication from their "management". Trying to get any information out of the people who supposedly run the place is ridiculous. We had delays in the start date due to weather events, which we totally understood, but there was very minimal effort given to notify us of this information. It seemed that as soon as we signed the contract and paid the deposit there was no further communication despite being assured by the sales rep that there would be. When I finally received a response I was told that the "office person" had been ill and was not able to contact anyone (totally able to send through invoices / demand for payment though). Seriously you're supposed to be running a business not a sob story counselling session. When you pay over $30K to a company you expect communication to be on the ball - at least a frekin text message to confirm receipt of payment!!!
The pool is great, we haven't gotten to really use it yet as the weather cooled off a little too quickly. My suggestion to you Leisure Pools Yatala is to be far more aware of your customer base and remember that the way you all behave directly impacts how well your business is viewed.response / report this review -

Very very poor after sales service. I called today with an issue about our pool pump and spoke to a guy at the BRISBANE office who completely ignored my concerns and kept telling me it’s not their problem “they only install pools”Our pool pump - which they selected the manufacturer of and installed It) bearings have gone again - this is the 2nd time in less than 4 years. I have had no luck getting in touch with the pump manufacturer Astral Pools and sought help from the company who built the pool. The guy I spoke to kept on interrupting me and said “go buy a new pump”, “it’s not our problem”, “it’s out of warranty” - and even accused me of interrupting him. I expected better from this company.

Leisure pools North Brisbane have done a great job installing our new pool. They kept us updated every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions we had. They were happy to accommodate us with changing dates on short notice due to setbacks with our new home completion. They also used the left over fill to level out the rest of our yard. Our pool looks beautiful. We will definitely be recommending Leisure Pools North Brisbane to our friends and family.
