Love the staff and their dedication to the kids. My child learns a lot from them and loves attending. The kids learn bits and pieces from other languages, learn about personal safety and respect for other people, and of course the essentials for their age. My child is always in the best mood when I pick him up. I definitely recommend this centre.

Had both my daughters at World of Learning Gold Creek (age 1 and 4). The staff here were awesome, both my girls loved this daycare centre. Peace of mind in leaving my children at this centre is invaluable.

This centre has exceeded all of my expectations over the last 6 months. The staff genuinely care for the children, and ensure their needs are always met. The office staff have exceptionally good customer service skills, nothing is too much trouble. Regular staff, clean and tidy play areas, great programs and meals. I would recommend this centre to anyone.

My daughter went to Gold Creek World of Learning since she was 7 months. She’s been there for more than 2 years now, and the experiences since were impressive.

On my first visit to the centre, the room lead from nursery room took me around the centre and explained more details than I expected. I left the centre without asking a single question and had great confidence about the process and what my child would expect during her stay.

I was offered to stay in the centre with my child for as many times as I wish before started the formal full day visits. That was a great stepping stone for me, as I utilised the opportunities to not only observe how the room operates, but also helped my child to establish the trust among the staffs while I was around. This process made it very easy for my child to blend into the environment later. I still remember on the first full day stay, I left the centre with tears. The room lead called me afterwards to give me updates about how my child went, and checked with me to make sure I was okay. I believe the care factor from the team was truly from their inner heart!

The centre is not just providing care but also providing a great environment for the young children to learn. Especially the Frogs room, when my daughter spent almost a year in the room. All staffs were in the room are stars! The variety of the daily activities and patience from the staffs have deeply impressed me. The centre also has music teacher visit every week, which is my daughter’s favourite. Sometimes, when we finish work early, we can see the educators play with children like their own kids. We really appreciate the effort they’ve put to make the childcare my daughter’s second home. My daughter was moved to an older age group room recently, I’m looking forward to see the good practices are extended in this room.

I was very impressed with the way how the centre communicates with me. The daily record slips and Kindyhub were great tools allows me to have a very good understanding about what happened to the child during the day. This adds enormous value to me while I am establishing a routine with my child. In addition, I was able to chat with my little one about her day in the childcare on the way back home.

The office staffs are very thoughtful, supportive and efficient when dealing our requests and issues. I would like to say big thanks to all of you!

To be honest, this childcare centre is not the most flashing one we have ever visited. We were worried about the quality of the centre. But after we noticed the significant improvement in our child’s developments, we both agreed that it is never the facility made the difference, it is the staff, the quality of the staff! Please keep up the good work!

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Gold Creek World of Learning. My daughter has been attending for 2 years now - since she was 6 months old - and I can honestly say that the educators there treat her like she was theirs. It's as much a family as it is a daycare centre. The kids are given a wide and varied range of activities throughout the day and there is always something different for them to explore. And I know this because we get updates via the mobile app - daily reports and photos of what she's been up to, which we look forward to receiving. The educators are wonderful and I am grateful to them for creating a place where I can drop my daughter off with confidence, knowing that she will have a wonderful & fun day and that she will be looked after. There may be tears at drop off but they don't last long!
