I always have very enjoyable shopping experiences with Scrap Dragon online, and have done for at least five years. Their customer service is absolutely amazing, and they ship orders faster than a speeding bullet, and package everything so nicely. They have a great range of products and some items that I don't seem to be able to find elsewhere.

I have found I have always had great customer service with Scrap Dragon , iam a repeat customer.
Have been for some 2 yrs since ordering from them.

The items ive brought , have always arrived in a timely manner.
I love that certain items are free postage too.
and theirs a payment option of zip pay.

Always have fantastic service from Scrap Dragon. Everything well priced and arrives quickly. Today’s order was exceptionally excellent, having placed my order yesterday & to have received the order today is outstanding!! I ordered something from another company last week and still not here yet. Scrap Dragon is awesome!!!

They advertised a so called "boxing day sale" with 20% - 85% off everything, yet Kaisercraft Lilac Whisper Collectables was $7.99 on 25 December and increased to $10.20 on 26 December, the day of the sale. What happened to the 20% - 85% off sale Scrap Dragon? Why did you increase the price of Kaisercraft Lilac Whisper Collectables by $2.21, instead of reducing it? I know that they were $7.99 before the sale started, because I had them in my cart for several weeks. When I first added them to my cart about 4 weeks ago they were $6.99, then increased to $7.99 around Christmas, then increased to $10.20 on the day of the sale. I now refuse to buy it. Very poor Scrap Dragon, very poor. I give you a zero rating.
