Very helpful, discussed pricing and options, kept me updated with car repair progress. Would have given 5 stars if my car had been cleaned or had been told it's part of the service.

My Mercedes started misfiring, juddering and trying to cut out on me and I didn’t have a clue why and then the engine management light came on as I was driving. I googled a German car centre by me and this place came up and had good reviews. I drove in and explained my problem and the guys were really helpful and said that a technician would take a look - I was kinda worried but they sorted the issue as apparently when my car was repaired earlier this month at Mercedes they had valeted and washed down the engine compartment and water had seaped into the coil / plugs and caused misfiring. The guys at German Auto Service dried out the engine compartment test drove my car and ran a diagnostic again to make sure all was fine and $150 later I was happy and on my way - very professional guys and thank you and I think I will return for my next service :-)

They managed to brake a part of my car which resulted in a loud clicking noise. Forged a second document by the mechanic. Saying it had been broken when they first saw the car.. I would of noticed an extremely loud clicking noise which was exactly where you would put your hand if you were leaning over the engine. They left my coolant lid off of my engine and my hand brake not properly assembled after checking. The German owner was extremely rude with no avenues of complaint or ways to rectify.

Without question, the best in town. I've taken my BMW to 3 other shops in Perth and nobody is as friendly, professional and flat-out GOOD as these guys. And that Bob Smith guy sounds like a jerk. What's wrong with asking friends and family to review your business? If it's good, more people should know!

I have been servicing my car with German Auto for years now and I am always very satisfied! These guys are honest, reliable and really know a lot about German cars. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Voytek for looking after my car!

I have been servicing my Volvo with German Auto Service for years now and I am always vary satisfied with the professional customer service and advise they provide. All my car problems are always fixed quickly and I am always explained in detail the bill. These guys are honest and really knowledgeable about cars

When my BMW 525 was due for service I was trying to find the best BMW specialist in my area to check some other issues I had with my car. My doughter recommended German Auto Service and I gave it a try. They are really the best BMW specialists I know in Perth and they are also very passionate about BMW cars. All my problems were fixed in just one day and my car drives like brand new. I will definitely come back with any other car problems in the future.

I always find the service to be beyond exceptional. The staff are very friendly and professional from the admin staff who will pick up your call right to the people who will work on your car. I recommend without reservations!

Excellent service and appropriately priced for the level of care given to your pride and joy!
Distance (workshop is in Jandakot) is no longer an issue as I can drop the car off in the city for a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service. Previously I had to drive all the way from Dianella and train it back.
Have used German Auto for over 3 years and will continue to do so
