One of my favorite place to go for a quick snack. Always a busy place. Located at the entrance of gateway shopping center.

Worst coffee ever was watery and weak. Waited half an hour and expensive. Can't see what all the rave is about.

Waited 15 mins for my medium flat white today when there is only 1 other customer waiting. When the staff said my coffee is ready I didn't get what I paid for. I clearly ordered medium flat white with no sugar, but I got one with sugar instead. Staff didn't even care and said sorry when they mixed up my order with 1 other customer. Will never come back!

Franchised cafe run by 14 y/olds, have never seen an adult working on weekends. Cake display has improved recently & looks good, although nothing baked on premises. It has a large menu with airport quality meals. Portion sizes are good. Coffee is inconsistent but mostly weak, staff need a bit of training. Sometimes they give cutlery when you order & other times they say they'll bring it over, but they always forget. It has a nice outdoor area at the end of the shoppng centre.

Its the small thingsWhat a great idea to have the coffee glass wrapped with a piece of stylish card instead of a napkin!
Its dissapointing when the table and chairs are wobbly, as the cafe is so busy it's hard to get another table. The salt and pepper shakers and the condiment holder are rusted and dirty with coffee/food splashes, this is something that should also be wiped clean after every customer. In saying that, this was the first time we didn't have to ask for our table to be wiped clean but we did have to ask for a new set of clean cutlery.
Good customer service is hard to come by in Perth but the young girl who serviced our table today deserves recognition for her skills, so I made sure we found out her name and maybe the others can learn from Olivia.
