Friendly staff, I really hope the food improves. Simple technique could elevate a burger.
    Good luck guys.

Really well made burgers. We all get cravings and "go to" places, well this one is definitely one of mine. I probably come here a bit too much, it's much to convenient.
Watch out for the chilli sauce one's, they make you cry! ;)

We spent $45 for 2 burgers and 2 chips. Everything from the menu is frozen food that I could buy from the supermarket and make myself for 1/4 of the price. One burger had canned meat that looked and tasted like dog food. Really disappointed for the amount of money we spent

Owner needs to understand what he is selling from the Menu.
I ordered your Cockburn burger which it indicated as spicy with habanero chilli but there was no heat when I ate it. I didn't even taste a single spice so to speak and I am better off just adding my own chilli sauce to it. Do not feel that I am being harsh, but I actually want you to succeed in this business. Take the feedback and up your game so that you can impress me when I visit again.

    What when wrong?
    1. Burger was not as what it is advertised. (Your menu says its hot, its definitely not!) This is a major let down because this is your spiciest burger in the menu but there was absolutely zero heat.

    2. Using coleslaw in a spicy burger, you are just cooling the burger down which takes away any hot effect, if not wrong your menu advertised it as caramelized onions which I had raw onions.

    3. You assumed people cant take the heat and you EXPECT people to ask you to request for Spicy. IMO a customer goes by what is advertised on your menu, you express your signature burger AS IT IS. You say its hot then mean it. If you are in doubt, you can warn your customers, > "Hey this burger is hot would you like less chilli etcExpecting your customers to dictate what your advertised burger is, is where you failed.

Will I be back? Maybe, please do better.

    Second attempt,

Tasted hotter, but overpowered sourness from the sauce doesn't balance the burger well enough. Perhaps what I am expecting is a good made sauce that spice up the burger as opposed to something from the bottle like Tabasco and added to it.

Not sure you thought of looking into better beef patties as if felt a bit blend. If you ever tried Red Chili burger bar in Perth, that's a spicy burger and their beef mix is good.

Change your burgers if you need to as Fussy burgers did not do well because it wasn't good enough?

Here's the deal, you have Grilled. and Maccus to beat, you need to convince your customers that your burgers are better.

I do know you are selling Nasi Lemak, but perhaps thats a bit out of place in a burger restaurant. Your burgers are what people should be interested not asian food. Otherwise just change the entire restaurant to cater what you feel sells best and drop the burgers altogether.

    Here are some suggestions:

Animal style fries > Simple take on IN and OUT by making a sauce from mayo and katchup.

Chili burger > simple burger with good hot chili sauce, no need jalapenos as that adds too much sourness.

Cheese and bacon fries > not too hard to do.

Buffalo wings > simple deep fried chicken and with buffalo wing sauce by Franks?

Good luck, please focus on the cafe's specialty not loose its focus by diverting into other foods, or alternatively just change to what you think you can sell best.
