Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review of this service. For some context here, I booked a full detailed clean service; the final price was $300. Based on what they promoted on their website, "Our full detail service is highly recommended, as we literally clean every inch of your car. The results are undeniably incredible." I was very excited to get my car a fresh cleaning. For context, I want to state that I keep my car very clean.
I received the car, and it was clean, but unfortunately, the "Full Detail" is an overstatement. I open the trunk of the vehicle, and the first thing I see is that there is still dust on the carpet. There are still product spots in the car seat I can see from the back. I close the door, and I can even see dirt at the bottom of the rear windows. When I moved to the rest of the car, the same situation was happening. Dust in the carpet, doors half wipe, seats, and other car areas with spots, like they spray something, but they forgot to wipe. I'm very disappointed.
I went to talk to one of the persons in charge to get a little bit of an explanation. Mind you, the conversation was amicable, and I even thank him for cleaning the car. Unfortunately, I said, I'm disappointed with the results. I showed him what I described above, and he told me, "you were expecting too much." I showed him the spots, the dirt in the carpet, even some marks in the door, and he bluntly replied, "we don't clean that!". After showing him the issues, he keeps asking me, have you ever done a detailed cleaning? I replied, yes, and it was impeccable, that's why I'm talking to you now. The only thing I wanted was a vehicle clean thoroughly.
He said two remarkable things that made me even more frustrated. "Everyone around here does it the same way." and "We spend more time in your car, with the other ones, we normally rush to finish them.
After I got home and got the chance to spend more time to inspect the car, I was able to see much more dirt and a lack of cleaning. There was some dirt on the roof that probably a bird decided to do before I went to clean the car; the mark is still there. I really can't believe it. Probably I would be better of passing the car for a quick clean and spend $15 for similar exterior results. Even one of the front wheels was dirty, just the way it was before sending the car to get clean.response / report this review -

Needed the car clean before driving test. They did it extremely well and well before time. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional service.

I recently got my car detailed with this place and they make my car looks like a new.
Was selling my car for bit long time but no success but after detailing i sold it within days.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
I booked a Deluxe Clean for the 28th August. I made the booking and received the booking approval on the 24th August. When I turned up 15 minutes before the booking time I was told by the person washing cars that they wouldnt be able to fit me in. I told them I had a booking that had been confirmed and was told bad luck he didnt make the booking and they wouldnt do the wash as he was too busy. I asked what was the point of making the booking and getting approval, I was told that it wasnt his problem as the boss had made the booking.
I asked to speak to the boss who had approved the booking and I rang Tim whos response was that if they didnt have time to do the wash there wasnt much he could do except for me to come back another time.
I explained that I had a confirmed booking and had travelled there to have my car washed at the booked and approved time and why would I waste my time coming back again when I could again be told that they were too busy.
I will be taking my car to someone who offers a professional service.response / report this review -

Great fast service. Very happy, just had a wash and vacuum. Great value for money and beats the competitors in the surrounding area for price and speed of service. Will be back again.

The best wash I have ever got. Saved 60$ compared to other car wash. Got full detail as had to sell the car and work was neat as new.. definitely going back with new one.
