My wife went to this business today as she had some errands to run in the city.
We have a voucher from an 'instant win' McDonalds purchase from the most recent promotion.
When my wife returned to pick up the vehicle from them and use the voucher and pay the remaining amount she was told "No, you need to show us the voucher before your order"
My wife did not speak out at the time. I have been trying to call the business on the listed number however their phone line is not a valid service.
This is a very shady and deceitful way of running a business. Telling people, they cannot use vouchers at the time of payment without any signage or terms displayed is appalling!
My family will not use this business again unless this is rectified.
I may even report this to higher aurthority.

Having read other reviews, I seen there is a corporate website to submit feedback.
No one has responded to this post or my 'official' feedback on the site.
Will never go back to this "brand" and will also recommend all work colleagues and family avoid at all costs!.response / report this review -

After them trying to push extra services onto us, and we have used these Carpark cleaners before but let's be honest they are only for a basic clean inside and out. Id never pay extra for detailing in these places. so he insisted he done the $120 deal for $60 to prove they do the job. Let me tell you they are professionals alright.. at lying! Nowhere here to put Pic of our expert vacuuming in our cargo
That still has the dog hair though they change$40 extra to remove.response / report this review -

Prompt service for express wash, however passenger side was still dirty looked to be dried to off with a dirty Chamois. More to the point of 2 scuff Scratch marks on the Bonnet. I Failed to take up action as I felt it would not get me anywhere.

Disappointing, got outside wash and polish at first glimpse looked good but a close inspection showed polish in many area's that had not been wiped and the roof looked liked it had not been cleaned at all including the big cobweb it went there with.

took my parents SUV to get a superior wash. at a distant view, it looked much cleaner than it was going in, however, on closer inspection there were many areas where there had been no attempt to clean it. despite their website stating that as part of the superior service they clean the consol, mine was still absolutely filthy. after enquiring, I was told that that they could not do it due to safety reasons. it was evident that they had not checked it was empty because once i had showed them that it was empty they offered to clean it. after I got home I opened up the back window that was part of the boot, i noticed that it too was absolutely filthy. dust that had accumulated from various off road adventures had not been cleaned, in fact I have reasonable confidence that the window had not even been opened so they could clean as they state "every nook and crannie". While i appreciate the text message system they had set up to notify you that your car was ready, I had received a car is ready text message, only to promptly arrive (as my car was the last of the day) to find that it was still being cleaned, and therefore had to wait.
Finally the superior wash of the SUV did not make it appear any cleaner or shinier, to how my tiny hatch looked after I had got an inside and out service weeks before (which also didn't have the "nooks and crannies" cleaned either). considering that choosing an inside and out service would have saved me $30, I am very disappointed in the outcome.
on a positive note, they admitted their mistake when cleaning the rubber side of the fabric mats (not realizing that they were in fact fabric on the other side), and gave a complimentary steam clean.response / report this review -

Absolute rip off. Asked for the interior to be done, and paid an extra $10 to have it "detailed". I returned with my car looking almost exactly the same, minus the carpet being vacuumed. I feel like I have been ripped off completely. DO NOT waste your money or time going here.
