  Before hitting the nursery and other Gardenworld stores in the complex we decided to check out the cafe. Open 9-5 every day, it's fully licensed and serves all-day breakfast, lunch and High Tea, and drinks and tempting cakes, scones, muffins and biscuits throughout the day. We had a coffee but decided to skip having a bite to eat even though the range of food looked pretty good, apparently all baked fresh daily, on the premises. However, I have to say that the coffee was really bad, weak at best and very average in taste. And we were so looking forward to the coffee after having read that they hand pick, mix and roast their beans to perfection!!! The so-called "expertly brewed coffee" was the big disappointment for the day. Even though we got there reasonably early, the cafe was pretty full by 10:30am. On the plus side, the cafe does have a nice outside eating area.

  Location, close parking and outside seating in the fresh air and sun is just lovely. Enjoyed my coffee and cake and received friendly service from the staff.

  Hands down amazing. What garden serves liquor and let’s you shop at the same time. How are there not more housewives of Melbourne here!! Please, take my money!!!!

  BAD customer service. Came with a baby bit before opening and couldn't be servedcame once and never again.

  Service very slow. Eventually meal arrives, and incorrect order given. Waitresses have no clue on customer service. Food is very over priced for what it is. Don't know how they are still in business. Never again.

  We waited ages for our food, which we then had to chase up ourselves. When the order arrived it wasn't what I ordered but ate it anyway because I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes. The food was nice. When we asked to speak to a manager to give this feedback we were informed they were very busy and could not come and talk to us but we would have to chase them up while they were working. She tried to fob us off with excuses regarding which menu things were ordered from however this was a crock as other people who arrived after us got their meals (which were the same as our order) much before us. Don't expect to receive good service here.

  Ordered a cappuccino, they made a latte.
  Told them it was wrong, she put cocoa on top.
  Clearly know nothing of coffee. Threw it in the bin.

  I love taking my grandma here although, the food is very overpriced for what it is! $18 for a sausage roll and chips!
