Disappointing service and obviously only appreciate positive feedback. Ordered through UberEats where the food was 30mins overtime and still not forthcoming. Contacted Uber who cancelled the order as it exceeded their time limit, refunded it with a $10 bonus, and asked me to re-order it, which I did. They subsequently did not make that order (and my driver rocked up to tell me so - so wasted his time too), and then cancelled an order I made one week later. Have never spoken to them, have never complained to them etc. Oh well, I liked one of their pizza's, but not that much.

Uber eats was my method of delivery.
Driver does not ask for recipient or state Uber eats at intercom, just YELLS "LET ME IN" which was a bit scary!

Firstly i ordered Sprite but receieved Coke! With a caffeine intolerance i have a beverage i cannot drink. Also wasn't cold, room temperature.

NOTE: In the past when places don't have what i ordered they'll call me to confirm i am happy to exchange, not this place.
Imagine if they replaced your food without you knowing and you have an allergy! Could have damn near killed you!!

Unpacking food and the cling wrap smells like cheap vegetable oil EW.

Spaghetti Bolognese was flavourless without cheese. A Home Brand Bolognese sauce would have more flavour.

Mashed potato is actually DEB instant potato.

I threw my $40 order in the bin. Considering I'd not eaten for a day and on a budget i will say STEER CLEAR of this place. Even if you're desperate for food it's NOT worth it.

You'll enjoy my review. Yay after 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting we finally got our order. Woohoo oh wait we dont have all the food so back to the clock to wait for the rest of it Tick tock.. bbq chicken pizza is quite alrite and the cabonara is decent :) side note i only post reviews if i feel it really needs a review. Suggestion. Dont use menulog either. You can see exactly the status of your order through uber eats ooh and choose bazaar for pasta :) still waiting for other food 20 minutes later and ive been taking my time with the cabonara but its missing the garlic bread i ordered, the damn shop is only 9 minutes drive away from my house btw Its been about 2 hours and 10 minutes now.. Im over the cabonara lol as i said it was decent so i wasnt expecting to smash it.. Anyways desert is next and we'll probably get that on the 3rd hour.. Time to play the guitar while i wait i guess and charge my computer to watch sound of music lol.. Haha the climax intro for the sound of music got stuffed up cos i downloaded a norwegian version anways food is here but Yay 2 hours and 30 minutes After ordering we have now got all our food they apologised heavily and if this is a menulog to gallery 324 problem then i suggest that gallery 324 start using uber eats. Thanks for the extra chocolate mouse.

Very average, ordered meatball pizza. Seriously where is the love? Just toppings chucked on top and they seriously lack freshness and quality. The base was slightly undercooked as there were a lot of toppings and the heat didn't cook through. Less is more in this instance. Bruschetta was flavorless and needed seasoning, came on a pizza base. A lot of potential as it's a nice place just need some attention to detail on the food, possibly an experienced chef to consult and suggest some improvements. Chips were good.

Absolutely lovely. Have been ordering pizza off there guys for years and have always been completly satisfied! Our favourite pizzas by far. There was a little stuff up on our most recent order on the menulog app and we called to let them know and they were so apologetic and even gave us store credit!!! Would highly recommend :)

Absolutely appalling! Ordered a large amount of food to be delivered from here recently and it was feral. Pasta tasted like you'd make at home out of a jar, but also that it was cooked days before and microwaved. Chips were cold. I was so put off by what I tried that I didn't even want to try the pizza and ribs but judging by the amount left and a hungry group of friends (not to mention a long wait for it to be delivered) I'd say it was the same. Not sure how they can run an over priced restaurant and serve garbage like that. Steer clear!

    THEY GAVE US PINK CHICKEN
    (On Saturday evening at 5:30pm)

But they gave us a couple of beers to compensate our lack of a main meal.

The entrees were pretty good though.

Located a little away from the eateries on the Toorak Rd / Chapel St strip, nice quaint little shop nicely decorated. Food is good without being mind blowing, with an extensive pizza selection.
    Service is fantastic

This was my dine in experience:

Was seated outside and promptly offered a menu and drink list. The wine was quickly brought and was delightful. The menus was fantastic but a little too fancy for the mood I was in, it was then I was told of their take away menu (I personally hate that, it's the same kitchen what gives?). The waitress told me they'd be happy to make me something from that. Ordered "The Furnace" as pictured and the turn around time was around 15 minutes. It's fantastic, the burnt pepperoni added a nice crunch and overall I'm very happy.
Free wifi is a major plus as well, will definitely come back! Thanks for the great meal!

We ordered some food online today. The delivery was on time but the food was shocking. especially for that price range. I had the chicken and mushroom risotto, and there is no way that the chicken was fresh. Clearly, they were frozen chicken pieces, cooked and then cut into cubes.

The calamari was not bad, though the tartare sauce tasted intensely like packet sauce. If they were to use fresh ingredients then the flavours and textures wouldn't be so lacking. All in all it was a disappointing meal.
