  Update: wanted to thank Luke and Mitch for coming back after possum returned after 6 months. Fantastic service and guarantee.
  
  Just had Adam from 1800POSSUMS remove 3 Possum's from our roof. The entire process was professionally handled and Adam was great at communicating and being on time. On the first day set the one way doors for the Possums to leave the house, and prevent them from returning. He then came back a few days later to ensure that the Possums had left and then removed the traps and blocked the entry points for them to return. Would recommend 1800POSSUMS

  We recently had a possum take up residence in our second story roof. After a few days of putting up with the noise and ruckus (sounded like it was having lots of fun!), I started looking up possum removal mobs. 1800 Possums had great reviews, and having had the possum removed, I can see why. Adam was sent out and arrived on time, he clearly outlined the works needed to be completed to seal access points and how a one-way door would be used. Upon subsequent visits Adam completed all works, made sure that the possum had made its exit, and even suggested advice on how to make the roof less appealing to future pests (removal of an adjacent tree). Was extremely pleased and will be recommending the service of 1800 Possums to friends in the future when needed.

  We moved into a new house and on the first night, heard the loudest banging and scratching sounds in the ceiling and walls. It honestly sounded like something was about to come through the plaster. We called a pest control company who came a sprayed the house, and when I asked if the sound was possums they flat out said no, so we thought maybe it was rodents and left it at that. Next night, same noises, and no ones getting any sleep. Called 1800-Possums, on a Sunday, and got a booking for a couple days time. Jay came out and was immediately awesome, finding multiple entry points and closing them up, installing a one way chute on the roof, and also did a rat treatment for half price. Next night, the sounds were even more crazy, called Jay the next day and he came around and put in a trap. Next night, crazy sounds then *bang*, sound of the trap closing, then no noise. Went up to the roof space to check in the morning, and there was a huge brushtail in the trap. Bingo! Jay came around, grabbed it, and we were excited for our first good nights sleep. Turns out, there was another one in the ceiling. So Jay came out again, put another trap, and this morning, our second furry friend ended up in the cage. I'm hoping this is it, but if not, I feel so supported and cared for my Jay, he always has a smile and is just totally awesome. Seriously, if you hear a sound, it's most likely a possum, just call these folks and get it sorted asap, best money you'll ever spend.

  Luke was quick to respond and sent Adam round to have a look at our possum problem the same day which was amazing. Adam was very professional, thorough, efficient and happy to spend time answering queries and requests that I had. Could not have been happier with how they went about it. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.
