My tenant failed to report condensation and mould problems for over a month after first noticing them and only because we contacted them re a pura tap filter change. When they decided to report it they suddenly considered it to be incredibly dangerous and urgent. I called Barry late on Thursday afternoon. Barry agreed to rearrange his schedule to have my rental property treated the very next morning. My tenant complained even though I couldn't determine if any of the tiny remaining spots they photograhed were actually mould. I left a message for Barry when I received their complaint on Sunday morning. They attended again on the Monday to confirm that their job had been done to a high standard. The treatment was very reasonably priced compared to the competitors. He bent over backwards to help us out.
