Easy to deal with, good service and looked after me. Had a small issue with a product that was sent, it was resolved in a timely manner and they were happy to meet in the middle, so to speak.

Would give 5 stars for the fan that was ordered and delivered in 2 days, except the $2500 order I placed the day before the fan order hadn't been dispatched until nearly a week later and now isn't due with that courier company until another weeks time! Haven't responded to 2 emails. Fkn hopeless and will not be ordering again or recommending. What a joke. I'd be more worried about servicing the thousand dollar orders before the $30 orders.

Bought diatomaceous earth and service is just exceptional. supposed to be picked up but I couldn't make it so after 6days i requested to get it delivered and received it the next day. amazing staff!

I found it's very helpful and convenient to talk to them on their social medias. Reply speed is pretty quick during their office hours. If you don't like to talk to strangers on the phone, like myself. That's a good option to try.
