They call you at 830 every night asking if you want dinner, for ever up selling everything, cracks walls - every wall. If you like being hassled every day by the management stay here. If your like me and you want piece and quiet / go about your business give this place a miss. ( I’ve stayed here 20+ times for work and dred it)

Staying in serviced apartments at the Francis Phillip Motor Inn in Singleton has been great. The rooms and living areas are clean with a modern décor and all amenities are provided. Located in the main complex, the restaurant and bar also provide a nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy a good meal. If travelling by foot, the town centre and shops are a fair distance away however (approximately 25-30 minutes walking).
