Clean. Ok wifi. Comfotable rooms. Truck parking is on street. Cars onsite. Sensor light comes on constantly and shine in room windows

This hidden gem is amazing. Exceptional value. The rooms were very well furnished and nicely renovated. In addition, the room was well equipped with iron, kettle, fridge, etc. A double room has a single bed. Good for family. Highly recommended

On the advice of a friend, we stayed at the Benjamin Motel last weekend. It has a low-key exterior but the interior was a lovely surprise. Very clean, comfortable beds, fully renovated bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities (with fresh milk available) & an iron & Ironing board. Although it was close to the main road, the traffic noise was minimal (a Saturday night) & very little on Sunday morning. Craig & Rebecca (the owners) made us feel very welcome & I would recommend this motel for travellers' passing through Singleton.
