We were in a real predicament with a property not being ready to occupy so had to store furniture for a short period. Salem was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she arranged us a storage unit that suited our needs at short notice. The Unit was clean and tidy as was the whole complex and the whole experience was excellent at a very stressful time. Thank you.

I have had the.need for storage several times.in the.last.5 years. SALEM the manager at Briggs Road.in.Ipswich.is.always very.helpful. I have.found.the service to.be.excellent the storage.units.are.always lovely.and.clean. I.particularly like the .trolleys.available.in the.lifts. a trailer is available to help you move in or out good job.. Fort Knox.

We have moved A LOT and have had the fortunate experience of dealing with Fort Knox in a few different places. Once again, Ipswich showed the same great customer service and quality facility as their other outlets. This goes to show that there is great training as well as a consistent approach to providing an excellent service to customers company wide. The facility itself is always clean, easy to use and a breeze to get in and out of. We found the staff always approachable, knowledgeable and polite.Thanks once again for making a rather dreary chore of moving a lot more bearable! Rob and Gaylene

Exactly what you need from a Storage facility. For the best part of three years my 'stuff' was Safe, Secure, clean and no weather infiltration. Salem is very responsive and always on time and informative, even with a remote exit. I highly recommend Fort Knox Storage Ipswich, and Salem to look after your belongings
