Doing a job in the area when they had smashed through a parked car on the street and went about there day like nothing happened untill owner and cops were called and notified

Wow What a service. Abdul and his brother and the team are doing a great job. I am so glad to work with Advanced Demolition and they complete my work on time as promised. The team is exceptionally experienced and the price is unbeatable. Words cannot express how satisfied I am with their service. Keep up the good work. I would strongly encourage anyone to use their service if you need great work to be done from their state of the art machines.
Thank you Abdul for all the correspondence and your great communication and quick turnaround time for everything.

Do yourself a huge favour and use these guys!
Sam and his team are not only extremely professional and hard-working, they also work very hard to give you a cost-effective service. We had a lot of nasty surprises in and under the house and Sam sorted these out well and tried to save us extra cost wherever he could. Really excellent stuff - don't bother with others, these guys are amazing. Also really friendly and nice people to have in and around your property. I couldn't recommend them more!

Before selecting a demolition company I contacted up to 10 to get quotes on price and find out what they included.
I must admit I was a bit nervous after receiving advance demolition’s quote as they were approximately 5k cheaper than other companies. I thought to myself, what kind of job are they going to do when they’re that cheap.
After dealing with them and seeing the end product, I can’t express how delighted I am.
They’re constant communication on what documents I required and how to get them was great, the quality of work they did and how they left the site was superb.
You have to wonder how other companies get away with charging so much when these guys do such an amazing job and at such a cheaper price.
To Abdul and his team, thank you for making what can be such a stressful time in a homeowners life, such an easy process. I wish I had the money to buy more properties to knockdown just so I could use your services again.

Highly recommended!!
Demolition of our Kew East house and the garage and cleaning up the entire block took only 4 days.
