Had a terrible GroupOn experience here which left me furious with their customer service and also alarmed at the quality of their facilities.

I've been going to Elena for 7 months now for massages, facials ect and her work is amazing. Elana's massages would have to be the best I have ever had in Melbourne. My son was in a major car accident June 2016 and i decided to take him to Elena to see if she could help him with the pain he was enduring and that she did he came out of her room feeling on top of the world and is still seeing her today. I have also been to a Bridal party at Splendor and this was my first time there and that also was a great day we all left there so relaxed. I would highly recommend Elena to any of my friends and family.

I can say I have travelled the world, I live at Docklands and I found this place for all my beauty needs. I did read the reviews and gave them a go and I can say it's was nothing to what the 1 star reviews were saying totally opposite. The lady Elina is a warm funny lady, during my laser treatments which I am surprised at the results after 2 sessions but also discounted on prices for laser. My massage few days ago was something never have I experienced it was amazing the feeling I can't explain. The place is relaxing 😎 everything explained no pushing of products or packages I feel like I am at home. Next will be the day spa.

Waste of a Groupon. I didn't even go to my last session. Laser hair removal services are really bad. Customer service is very poor. Don;t expect them to understand if you cannot attend an appointment- they will forfeit your voucher/session at the speed of light. And the lady who does the laser comes off as really rude like she is doing you a favour. Not Recommended!

I would highly recommend Splendour Skin and Laser to anyone! They're a brilliant service and great value. I initially got a Groupon voucher for laser and a year later I'm still going for anything and everything I can!!

I started seeing Elena for laser hair removal today (purchased via Group On). Elena was great - super friendly and made me feel at ease and comfortable. Looking forward to seeing out my laser sessions at Splendor!
