Average coffee, but the best sausage rolls going around, amazing cakes and pastries and fantastic rolls and wraps (really, really good). Top spot for cyclists, 'the Tart' makes the climb of Kinglake worth it.

The staff were fantastic and service was great. We picked up some veg foccasias which were absolutely delightful. Overall a great place to stop over for a quick bite.

I love their delicious food. We always call in there on the way to Kinglake National Park. Pop in there everyone for a scrumptious treat or main meal

Great breakfast! Genourous portions. Cakes and biscuits looked amazing - very traditional. Coffee ok but the food and very friendly staff more than makes up for it. Great little weekend brunch spot!

I really liked it , sausage rolls were so moreish & the staff was great, just a real shame one of the locals one woman with hair like a straw wigg who wears horrific eyeliner & leggings that do nothing for her , Well I guess you could call it a figure. When asked if she would recommend this place over the pub for lunch. She was so horrible about this place the pub and indeed the whole town. Don't know how true it was but she told me during the black saturday fire's apparently nobody else but her supplied the C.F.A with food. I find that really hard to believe and her statements really took away from that country feel where everyone helps eachother.

Great bakery! Have been here with the car club before and enjoyed the sausage rolls and pies they make. Made a 2 hour drive to get some today :)

Best sausage rolls I have had anywhere in Victoria. All pastries and cakes are expertly made by very talented young pastry chefs. The coffee is very good (Yarra Valley Coffee beans) but it does vary a little bit depending on the skill of whoever is on the machine at the time. All staff are friendly and try hard to please, but when they are busy things can fall apart a little bit so bring some patience and good humour if you visit at a busy time! They provide lots of employment opportunities and valuable training for local young people, so it is worth cutting them some slack and supporting that effort. Between their community spirit and literally amazing sausage rolls, I am very happy to give 5 stars regardless of the odd wait or mixed up order 👌👌
