Helpful and friendly staff. The girls, including the store manager, were accomodating and patient with me whilst I tried on a lot clothes (probably too many) in order to exchange an item of clothing I'd bought earlier. Thanks!

Most incredible customer service I have ever experienced. My daughter is at that in between age of 13 and not yet sure if herself. The lovely gorgeous Customer service girl that helped us treated my daughter to the full red carpet treatment and like a personal stylist. She had a great positive energy and warmth. Plus maintained assisting other customers without missing a beat. I did not catch her name but I believe she’s been there for 8 + years. Thank you. Today I told you that this shopping experience was a game changer for us, you introduced my daughter to the joy of shopping and feeling fabulous. Thank you- we will 100% be back.

The girls in there have so much attitude. Shame as it’s a nice looking store. There used to be a very rude girl by the name of Layla who had the worst attitude. Never smiles, never greets, very rude and dry personality. She has put me off visiting the store for a long time. I visited today. Not a great experience. Please recruit new staff.

Had an amazing experience with the girls on their VIP night. The manager Melissa was absolutely wonderful to deal with, and Sarah was also especially helpful. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Bardot store. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks a million ladies!

Workers are always rude every time I go in. Can someone please hire appropriate people with the correct attitude to customer service! It's a lovely store, just disappointing when the workers constantly ruin it which I never want to return.

I called this morning as soon as they opened as asked if they could hold it for today and I would for it later that day. I got there later that day and said what name it is under and she obviously couldn't find it and sneaked off to on off the lady and was asking around if anyone one did that. So she just went to the rack and luckily there was one there in my size. I am just disappointed that as a worker, if you are asked to hold something that you do as thats one more sale.

How disgusted I was as I made my way through the store with my 14yr old daughter yesterday evening (18th Nov 2016).
After trying on some items in the change rooms with my daughter we handed back the items to one if the sales girls who at the time was manning the change rooms and with a big smile on her face she asked me "so how did you with that?". I told her, "no thanks" and gave the sales girl back the items as did my daughter and proceeded out of the change room only to my shock to be laughed at and spoken about by this sales person and her co-worker who were at the doorway of the changerooms retrieving items and all because of what I looked like.
I am 5'2", 49yrs and a size certainly that may not fit all the clothes in your store but as paying customer and a professional in the corporate sector I am disgusted and appalled at the behaviour and unprofessionalism of your worker towards me (behind my back) thinking I didn't hear what she said about my apparence as I walked away from the change rooms.
Young lady (you know who I'm speaking of).you have much to learn in your life. Look at yourself and your attitude before you open your nasty mouth. Just because you are a size nothing and have a head full of makeup does not make you pretty nor confident. Your personality and attitude has and will let you down miserably. How were you ever employed by Bardot in the first place?

I was totally disgusted with the attitude of some part timer/ large female .
I walked out and bought absolutely nothing as a result of her .I wish to say that I had every intention of buy
