I highly recommend Fixwell Smash Repairs, my Insurance Company wanted me to take my car to their preferred repairer however I stood my ground and went with Fixwell. Start to finish they were great with updates, even provided a loan vehicle, also discounted my Insurance excess by $150.00.

After having a recent car accident causing significant damage to our vehicle, we made the smartest decision which was to engage Fixwell Smash Repairs to take care of things for us. Thanks to Victor and the team, and Narelle who was so incredibly helpful and patient with us, we couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Victor, Narelle and the team for fixing our problem, and removing all the stress and anxiety from our lives. Highly recommend this great repair company and easy to deal with staff. You guys are awesome! If anyone has an insurance company that allows you to choose your repairer, choose Fixwell Smash Repairs Melton like we did!! You will leave smiling.like we did :)

Worst customer service ever. There may be some brilliant mechanics etc behind the scenes but no matter how good they are, it's the way the person in charge runs the show. This place is dodgy as hell and I would advise no one to take their car here. Victor was rude and didn't allow me to take my personal belongings from my vehicle once it was written off. I didn't sign anything to say the vehicle was no longer owned by me, so I had every right to take things. He then proceeded to charge me so he could remove the things from my car and had the guts to say certain things on my vehicle were worth x amount so I would make my money back (that I had to pay him) in no time if I were to sell them. This is not the first time I've heard dodgy stuff go on around this business before. I certainly won't be coming back at any stage.

I went in to get a quote, the guy who had a look at it was arrogant and rude, I told him if you can't get the work done just say so, don't go on and say that it's not worth repairing or talking so rude. He made up this ridiculous quote. Listing all these made up issues.
If you don't want the job, just say so, don't go offending people.
I recommend getting any work elsewhere, I later went to Total Care Accident Repair Centre in melton, the fella there was super friendly and gave me a realistic quote! I would recommend contacting them first.
Don't go to fixwell, arrogant and rude people!!

I first went to fixwell way back in 2005 after my first car accident, and the quality of work and service was exceptional back then, and it still is now. After that I moved interstate and had dealings with other smash repairers and the service I received was appalling in comparison to fixwell. I recently moved back to Melbourne and had a bad car accident where my car was writen off. I was in such distress when I phoned Victor (the owner), within seconds he calmed me down. When I arrived at his workshop, Victor had already covered the towing fees, sat me down and patiently went through all my options. He spent a lot of time talking me through things, even hand drawing a map of the accident so I could put a claim in. Victor went well above and beyond the service that most smash repairers would give. He is a genuinely caring person and I am so grateful to him for everything. I wasn’t charged any holding or storage fees and my car was stored there for a few weeks. Victor gave me the time I needed to sort things out. Also a big thanks to Di, the lovely receptionist, who always greeted me with a smile and made me feel most welcome. I would highly recommend Fixwell Smash Repairs; Victor has a natural way of dealing with any situation in a professional and empathetic manner.

Disregard every single one of these negative remarks. Not only was I dealt with in a very professional manner but my car came out looking absolutely flawless. I could not have had a better experience with this company. The receptionist was a lovely lady to deal with as were the other staff. The owner was also a very pleasant man and the passion and love of his the business and the industry is clearly displayed in the work produced. As for the loan cars, they also worked exceptionally well. The fact that these negative remarks are here in my opinion is a review of the writers own characters rather than Fixwell's and you can truly see how good businesses close down if someone were to read these comments prior to coming in. Do not listen to them. I myself will definitely come back if I ever am in need of mechanical services and will continue to recommend this company.

Hi Guys you all getting fooled with this Smash repair, this owner is just after money, and very arrogant and rude owner whose name is Victor.

He had my car for over a month, he was fighting with my insurance compnay to get it for 2nd quote.. he was forcing and pushing to get it fixed at his shop, where in insurance company had very bad experience with them last time, he fought for almost 4 weeks, since the inurance company rejected him, he charged storage charges for all those days and also very bad thing is he forcefully made me sign on the quote saying that he dismantled my car(he never did) and charged for that as well to the insurance, and i was without car for aver a month.. he didnt even understand and kept figting..
very aggressive man..

with 2 nd quote with other smash repair, im getting my car in a weeks time..

Please do not go with this guy..
